KL.JQP Re: Pennaco A post from the PN board with deatils from the most recent CC. beta.siliconinvestor.com production is ramping up fast and your concern with cash on hand for further drilling seems a non issue. They recorded a gain on sale of 12 million for a recent property sale and had nearly 5M cash as of last report. 2 million comapny shares are registered for sale. if they go through at 11 that will provide the company with 22 million more cash. add to that there is no debt outstanding and cash crunch could be the state least described by the balance sheet. also with no debt we must assume that financing would be readily available especially in this business climate. FWIW i count the slim float as a bonus. (take a look at MIND another slim float stock. i gave good hype on that one though i can't hope to have moved it with my heads up call.) while the NW may have more gas in storage % wise than other locales, it is also a region forecast to experience much colder than normal; temperatures this winter. the secondary will find some big shareholders just getting in at 11 or so and they will want to see higher prices for their investment. i think it is worth a look ++good
