YxY-- hi. Interesting information on Topaz. As far as I know, Topaz is not a competitor. Based on several analyst reports, two conferene calls on CCRD, and interviews with the CEO that I was able to find, Merq has never been mentioned as competition. It may compete with CCRD's new "application" product, but from what the message you posted said, Tapaz monitors the software controlling e-commerce sites. CCRD's sounded more as if it would monitor "applications" like erp or cad. But hey, I am ver-ry ignorant on tech subjects. Listen to the conference call when they report earnings. They usually talk about new products and about competition.
