Pre-Market quote for AMAT is now at 80 1/2. The StairCase Workers beginning today --- should be busy building the Riser above 80.

Tito, Yep! That is why I took my earnings and bought Csco and LU at the price I sold AMAT. AMAT ran up on me like always with a sudden jump. Almost my indicators told me to bail out of AMAT. The IBD RS, Industrial price breakdown, DW chart breakdown and orders. The only thing which almost kept from selling was the low of a post split (2 x 1) price of $34, current low price of $68.

If you think that the lows of AMAT, since I can remember, are in the low $20's in absolute terms, then $34 is low after a split and I should not have sold.

Next time we need to keep the above in mind and learn from this observation. But, then again, no one believed me when I bought on margin last October at $26.75 and suggested that the price would go to $101.<vbg>

I still have half of my AMAT since I only sold my long term (20%) shares. Now, for CSCO, AMAT, EMC and LU to move up.

Just my observations.

Paul
