The only NEWS in the WSJ article is that ANCR has made the WSJ radar screen. Any effect on stock price by this should be short-lived in my opinion.

There is nothing new in the WSJ piece, in fact it reiterates that the people who know anything about the deal couldn't care less about some accounting treatment for a non-cash transaction. ANCR benefits GREATLY with EVERY switch sold, and if SUN does exercise, they get and additional $10M+.

The most pathetic thing about this piece to me isn't so the substance - but the "spin" put on it by so-called longs.

Wall street has LOVED this deal - that is obvious. They will love the new deals.
