The CEO may be a perfectly dedicated scientist, but that does not also mean he is a brilliant financial wizard immune to manipulation. Anybody here remember John Scully? He's the former Apple CEO who signed on with Spectrum Technology, and who bailed 30 to 45 days later. From the outside, things looked very good. Once in there, he found a scam and got out.

There is info on Louis Mikulic the stock promoter at the Banff Resources Ltd (micro-cap mining co.) website at banffres.com If indeed the LUMM stock listing was started by a LUMM person doing a deal with Louis Mikulic, and if Mikulic is a person with a shady past, those interested in buying LUMM shares at current lofty prices should be concerned. After all, a prudent investor would not want to invest in a company that did business with someone who has a red-flagged history. It would be like going to John Gotti's house to buy something from the guy who now lives there.
