Hi Mike, this chart clearly shows how they took the risk out of the market: decisionpoint.com amazing what a year of brainwashing, I mean advertising can do <g>. Regarding no inflation & housing, they did a piece on a Boston suburb last night showing houses that were selling for $67,000 in 1997 are now selling for $220,000. Yep, not a visible sign of inflation anywhere. Fed failed miserably after the "irrational" comment... Tom
