Gore is very poorly regarded in California, my hope is that Bush chooses a westerner.

The papers here are reporting Bush and Gore in a deadlock. Gore is doing better here than anywhere else in the country. It is Bush who is less appealing vs. McCain, which is why McCain is spending so much time out here.

The trouble with you, Zoltan, is that you know too much. I'm looking at her as the nationwide media will. A woman first, pro-choice second, tax cutter third. (They can only view 3 things at once.) I also know that she'll do nothing as VP, just like her predecessor. I think she'll play better nationally than with people like you, who know her all too well.
