Nick, BV,
I'm still here. I too sold for a tax loss in December, bought back a little in the 7s when it started rising for no apparent reason, didn't buy enough in hindsight, only a toe dip of 500 shares. I can't claim any brilliance, I didn't expect this kind of rise, certainly not this soon. However, I think with storage becoming so visible now with all the huge projections 5 years out, EMC buying DGN, Dell going into storage in a big way (and don't forget that Dell passed up on MTI last year to forge a deal with DGN to resell Clariion, that deal may be on the ropes with EMC in the picture), everyone sees how big MTI's market opportunity is, they don't have to conquer the world to become much larger than they are, and if the do conquer they will be a home run even from these levels. Several fiber channel stocks have zoomed into the stratosphere (see, e.g., BRCD, EMLX, ZOOX and QLGC, or related storage software stocks like VRTS, NTAP--an in-betweener stock--all of which make MTI looks like a flat-liner!), MTI is riding the wave. Not sure when to take profits, this is a real move for FC stocks, but at some point it will end, they will all be taken down just as they were all taken up, but a few will bounce back and have another great move. Will MTI be one of them? Maybe so. We'll have to wait and see.

Best wishes to all,
Sam
