HMARQ Dilution

Garry: " Do you know how much dilution is going to occur?"

I don't know. My thinking is since the bankers are trading debt for equity it is in their own interest to keep the dilution as small as possible commensurate with the necessity to please all parties. Just to stay listed on NASDAQ they will have to achieve a market price of $1.00, or more. I don't think they would put up $60m (bridge loan) and make the debt/equity swap without convincing themselves there would be a viable market for the issue. I suspect what is in their interest may serve my own, as well. FWIW
