float, 70% of float is owned by institutions and acquired in the past 3 months, 40% of float sold short.

Bill, I have been watching Vert a little lately and I have one question--most of the VERT istitution shares are in the hands of the managed funds, which translates to "hedge funds", yes?

See Janus does not do hedge?

Bill,

did you see that Cramer had a piece today titled, "The net sell off is over"? Wouldn't anyone else on earth be embarrassed to write this after such huge moves? Geez.

As far as the Vert goes, I am a little surprised it has been slow to react.
