If I was KPI, which I am not, I would make the deal conditional on the design actually working. What PP has already been done should be enough to determine whether GRNO has a Model 1000 or not. There is only one way to find out and it is not asking somebody's opinion or trusting a computer model. It is to build and test an engineering model. Once that has been done, it can be determined what tweaking or modifications need to be made. That not only comes from past experience with GRNO's problems, but other experience as well. I am concerned that both GRNO and KPI are putting too many expensive eggs in an unproven basket and the basket must be proven first. Otherwise, the $30 million could be going the way of all of the rest of GRNO's capital. Charles
