SKJ13: I've exhausted all the directory databases I could find for Kwikpower in the U.K. and for the address you were able to provide through your dieselnet.com link and could find no other record of it. Has anyone else found anything about this company? Here is info I think may be of interest: " Effective July 31, 1996, Mr. James C. McNees resigned as Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. McNees, age 74, retired due to health reasons. As of the same date, Mr. Charles W. McLaughlin, an existing Board member and current President and CEO of Forte Communications, Inc., was appointed the new Chairman. In addition, Mr. William D. Carraway, President and CEO of Oasis Environmental, Inc. (a corporation with securities registered under and subject to the reporting requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended), was elected by the Board to fill the vacancy left by Mr. McNees. Mr. Carraway, age 52, has over 25 years executive management and Board level experience with over ten years experience in the health care industry."
