I should know better re. ISLD costs because I used to pay them when I was day trading at ABWatley. You are right, it was about 1/4 penny per share.

I gotta say, though, that it irritated me to pay that extra $2.50 per trade (which was on top of Watley's $25 commission).

Anyway, the swing from NITE to an ECN is therefore something like $7.50? ($5 lost from NITE and $2.50 paid to an ECN). Even that close to doubles the cost of some OLB trades.
