In Mon. Barrons 9/13/1999 look what I have found on pg. 34. STRM CEO Fernando J. Espuelas comments. To summarize: Fernando J. Espuelas, 32 chief executive officer of Starmedia, the Spanish-language Internet service, sees his company breaking down national and curtural bariers that have existed for 500 years in Latin America. Espuelas boasts about the many marriages that have resulted from relationships started via Starmedia's Internet connections. "With our e-mail and chat rooms, we're creating a new reality for the younger generation from shared experience," he says.
