Got a chance to get ahold of the company and unfortunately was told that they were not in a position to elaborate on what is happening with the exchange. It's quite simple, they need to make sure that they are seen as playing by "all" the rules, in order to ensure they do not put up any artificial barriers to getting the job done. Looks like we are going to have to wait to get much more in the way of concrete information though.
