9/9/2 YBTVA, and a lesson on 'flat'. .. I had a stock on a previous earnings calendar that did everything right, and I really liked it a lot, put in on watch list it was YBTVA, you might remember. It was flat as could be, then it happened..First week in July YBTVA went from 40 to 65 without looking back. That is not to say it will happen to 9/9 but it might so I would definitely not ignore it. Don't buy it without the proper signal, but just don't discard it from the database. YBTVA had no anticipation and the stock never budged until: Date Open High Low Close Volume 29-Jun-99 41.125 41.50 40.50 40.625 112,000 20-Aug-99 61.625 64.375 61.125 64.25 294,700 64.25 Lazard gives thumbs up to broadcast stocks Starts eight stocks with either 'strong buy' or 'buy' views By David B.
