I have no knowledge as to why it is down or at this price. The only thing I notice is that it continues to follow a trading pattern.

Ask the insiders why they've been dumping. If we could figure this out, we'd know why the stock is tanking. But if I saw the CEO buy 50,000 shares tomorrow, the stock would rocket up $5-10. When CEO or Prez start buying some real shares, then we know it's time to buy.
