P&F high-low index reversed down from 38 to 34% after close on Thursday. Two short-term indicators up, one down.

From Tom Dorsey:

"The High Low index reversed back to the downside after Thursdays action. This is a short term negative, however, ... the last two times that this index fell below 30% and reversed up it reversed back down before reaching 50%. Each time it made a higher bottom and the next move back to the upside took it above 70%."
