Sunuvabitch. I keep missing the moves in PCCC. It is ALWAYS a bargain under 13. I have made money a few times buying there, and I passed it by for the last few weeks. It is almost a sure thing at those prices if you stay patient. It has also exploded to as high as 40 last Xmas and has been over 20 several times since.
