But I must deal with reality and the reality is our society as a whole puts people in subgroups. How many fat people have been killed because they are fat? Hate crimes are not a school yard problem. Well, here is the problem isn't it? You don't know. However, I will say that most "regular" violent crimes are crimes of passion or need (the armed robber needs money) while hate crimes are primarily for the fun of it and premeditated. I believe that stiffer penalties would reduce hate crimes. Erase Hate (see we can agree) Dennis
