I read his complete report on Sun River I also saw it and I remember the reco to the company was the one property was overvalued and they should walk from it, I think they did do just that. Certainly was no buy reco in that report and he visited the property. That is why I like the CDCH report, the buy reco by him was not taken lightly and he did visit the property. One would think with his experience and his visit to the property he had reasons to reco CDCH, afterall its his reputation on the line. John, who is gonna hold in till some offical company news comes out.
