teevee - If ABZ loses then it's entirely possible that we will see a lawsuit. However it is a very tricky proposition for shareholders to sue management as their assets (management's that is) are usually much too small to make it worth anyone's while. Aber's assets can't be taken as the shareholders already own them. If a single scapegoat can be offered up for sacrifice then it's a useless endeavour. This is all assuming that WSP wins the lawsuit, which is not a given.
PS - As for the NPV numbers, let's just hope that CC has it right.
