You seem to be rather negative, which I can understand considering the stock performance of the company in the last few years.

However, I believe that Creative is currently better positioned than it has been in the recent past. I do not believe sound cards are on the way out. True, for low end PC's, sound cards are disappearing, but higher end PCs (where the margins are) will continue to be equipped with sound cards and in this area Creative is as strongly positioned as ever.

In think their DVD kits are serving a healthy (if small) market with little competition. I will have to agree with you about low margins in graphics, but still there are opportunities in that area. However, I think it is fair to say that Creative's management of its graphics strategy has been absolutely abominable.
