Herschel, or anyone else,

I had thought Datek/Island were affiliated, and that Datek sent its orders to ISLD. Obviously, however, it can't send orders on illiquid stocks to ISLD, because they would never fill. Does anyone know what Datek does in this case?

Also, Datek charges about $10/trade. For those trades it processes through ISLD, how does Datek make any money?
