Had the same damn thing happen to me. Cost me 6 figures that I am just now recovering from. People really need to DD these things and don't risk your damn house payment on them.

PAIR, Hi JeffA. Just wanted to take a second to respond. These warnings etc. happen time and again and they will always happen. Due diligence or not, you are at the mercy of these connivers. All the study in the world won't prepare you for this kind of contrived obfuscation. It's almost criminal but not quite. Precisely the reason I don't believe what companies say or imply. For me the key is diversification and TA. If all you got in PAIR is 10%...this won't hurt much. I've seen and felt this exact circumstance...and worse... and it can happen to almost any stock. The only way to win is take control and never be in a position where one stock can kill you...ever...or else some day one will. Gotta go. Stan
