Well, thanks. I'm going to go to the library. I really doubt the ordinance reads that way. I have a neighbor who is probably behind the city "selectively" enforcing this, and that would probably continue. Frankly, a real asshole. So the first thing I need to do is read the ordinance. I just don't appreciate spending my time for them. I am TOO IMPORTANT. Right? Right. People need to get an effing life. Retired army brass who hasn't appreciated me, since he moved in. Of course it may not be him, but it just reminds me of all the things I know he's done, because he's done them to my face. BUT ~ I will relax now. Really. I'm sorry. We shall move on to tastier subjects. But, so as to spare Lather ~ not salad.
