A@P Trader, just out of curiosity, if briand can be sued for the things he called Anthony, what would keep briand from suing you for calling him the same things? Somehow that doesn't sound right.

Also, Do you know how many widely held sound companies are or have been under criminal investigations? Many, I believe. Microsoft, comes to mind. Lockheed, also. I don't think that owning a stock of a company under criminal investigation is as bad as your post implies. What about if nothing of substance comes up from the investigation? (A probable outcome given that the RCMP did not close them after the raid.) Then Anthony didn't help expose it, as you claim, but rather helped set up the company for a massive short attack. Sounds border line, doesn't it? Couldn't Anthony himself currently be under criminal investigation for illegal stock price manipulation in connection with SNMM, to be specific? Many people claim that they have complained to the SEC and other authorities. Would that make him a criminal? I don't think so, not until he is proven to be guilty before a group of his peers, to use a legal term. I don't think the things you refer to are as clear as you want to make us believe.
