#1)Make money

Please show me a junior exploration company that is earning money.

#2)Become a fully reporting company

I agree and it is my understanding they intend to do so. I like you would like to see the filing similar to this company,

biz.yahoo.com

#3)Produce good drill results that are independently assayed by a reputable lab

I believe they are moving in that direction, no choice after the B company.

Can someone ask Doppler if there is a helicopter near the property? LOL. (sorry bad humor but its the WEEKEND)

How does an OTC:BB company raise money to work towards achieving #'s 1,2 and 3? Increased investor awareness generally equals less dilution. CDCH is rumored to possibly be part of the MDHM financing which is supposedly imminent.

CDCH doesn't have to file until next spring. The drilling and assays will follow the mapping and IP's currently underway.

fuddle - this company is very young and yet has done a good job so far showing that their property is worthy of continuing exploration...it's a step by step process. and i agree with CIMA they have to do something to spread the word and create interest, otherwise they can not raise money. banks don't generally hand out money to upstart mining companies. they usually have to do this through equity financing...and if there is no exposure there is no trading, hence no liquidity. if this were the case, you can kiss your equity financing good-by.
