there is a background investigation performed on all prospective members.

LOL, too bad A@P didn't use those "background investigation" techniques of his before he started with his implied threats against key industry people on the ebay thread, etc... maybe he could have proven to himself just how out of line he was. I don't know if hes just uninformed or what. Theres a difference between making a short call and making erroneous demands that insiders provide proof of some silly thing he dreams up.

People who followed this guys advice are now multi-millionaires. He called the Internet stocks BUYS way before anyone else. I like the guy and the price is right.

Actually he is still very bullish on the NETS.
