Dear Ed..The list is abridged version from the list of 10 titans of 98, otherwise the entire article developing the relationship between individual freedom and wealth creation is my free thought. I keep asking this question always where are the MSFT's, INTC's and ebay's(it may fail but the effort and thinking behind it is just great) of Europe and Japan. The Europeans make a lot of issue about lack of finesse in US, all charge that they have no history, the landscape is same but my question is that why it is so that clusterisation of talent has all taken place in the North of American continent, I would include even Canada in that. The more i think I get down to one thing the talent is encouraged here it is still about getting 'Knighthood' or to be blue blood how many orgies of blood you have played following a poor old fox. Venture capital for any startup is most difficult to find and arrange. Foe me Mike Milken (convict for some) stands alone as a man who changed and had sown the seeds of today's extensive economic development. The junk bond era. Thanks for your response.. I hope someday we can have a debate on this, I will not be surprised that you will see very soon an article in WSJ or other magazines, it has happened many times. The original approach and spark that leads to a debate is what matters the most in our times.
