That reply by angel makes me wonder what kind of neighborhood he lives in that they would steal a Jeep in his driveway but not a Cadillac. Maybe the roads are too bad for Cadillacs.

I assumed that he was talking about housing development restrictions.
Lots of lower to middle priced trac-home developments have very restrictive rules about what you can and can not do with your yard. They almost always include restrictions about boats, jeeps, and campers.
