JohnQPublic, Negatives I can think of are as follows: drilling companies are having hard time finding personnel, so that will slow down their uptick and related service companies and also short-term force them to pay higher wages to find and keep key personnel- will ding profit margin short-term; more interest rate increases beyond one or two more would crater the market; oil prices drop as cheating on quotas occurs; an economic slowdown worldwide dampens energy demand; and finally collusion between major oil companies and oil producing nations undercuts recovery....
