Hi Dave: In addition to the companies you listed re. wireless 911 services, you might want to look at US Wireless (USWC). Its CTO, Mati Wax, is one of my former Stanford classmates. They hired also two of our brightest PHD students 2 years ago. They have a system called Radio Camera, which relies on direction finding techniques. For the sake of accuracy, I have to say that I have not looked at competing solutions, so that this post should not be construed as a recommendation for USWC. Best regards, Bernard Levy
