Fred, IMO the problem is that dentist have been slow to adopt the use of Atridox in their practices. The development of a revenue flow from this product SHOULD grow....but not as fast as earlier expected. They have a nice pipeline in the works...but the current revenue just doesn't cut it. It appears that the company is moving forward with a plan to enhance shareholder value....but Lehman will not buy the product so exactly what they can do other than arrange a merger is yet to be seen.
