John: Thank you for responding.

The appeal of the company having established itself in China, with reported good relations with government agencies, is promising. So, too, with their broad licenses.

I have read several of the letters by the company president. I do not see any direct reference to company indebtedness.

Eventually, the piper must be paid. Companies with the greatest of promise must face this too. How that is done is the problem. Ideally, and probably the hope of all investors caught up in future expectations, is that indebtedness will be paid out of earnings, with plenty left over. What often happens, however, is that management significantly dilutes the stock, or takes on other risky or destructive re-financing methods. A common event with the pennies, unfortunately.

I'd like to see management forthrightly address the issue.
