YOU MY FRIEND WERE WRONG AND I WILL POST WHAT I WANT WHEN I WANT TO - SO TAKE YOUR ARROGANT KNOW IT ALL ATTITUDE AND STUFF IT ! YOU SHOULD ONLY KNOW WHAT I DO FOR A LIVING - YOU CRACK ME UP -- ANOTHER KNOW IT ALL WHO IS TOO STUPID FOR HIS OWN GOOD---- NOW I AM WARNING YOU STOP HARRASSING ME -- AND YES IT IS HARRASSMENT

BY THE WAY THE PEOPLE I HAVE PUT IN JAIL ALSO DIDNT THINK CERTAIN ACTS WERE A CRIME -- KEEP IT UP.

(All caps--does that mean you are yelling at me???)

I'm a criminal am I? All I did was post a Wall Street Journal article that disproved your assertion. You lied or you can't read statutes or regulations. I thought you were a broker, but now I see my mistake. You are probably an attorney and my guess-a third rate one. And as for Yamner--they are good source and an easy answer because they have a thread here.

I believe Steve is an attorney too. Guess what--he says the settlement takes three days after an ipo to get shares to short. And guess what--he is right. And so is the Wall Street Journal.

I will send you comment to the author of the wall street journal article and let her know that she is also practicing law without a license and she might get sued by you for harrassment.
