Glenn, Thanks for that info. I can definitely attest to the fact the Prodigy and AOL SUCK bigtime in the area of customer satisfaction. I have both----and the reason I have both is because neither works all the time. I have a business that requires internet access and I don't need it 2-8 hours from now---I need it NOW! So if I can't get on Prodigy Internet I go to AOL and vice versa. I do own MSPG stock, but have not switched because I'm probably going to try Bellsouth ADSL and get rid of both of them. Barbara
