1.-"some with non-existent companies such as Louis International" Its existance has been ratified to me by officers of the Co. although they don't call it " Louis International" when they refer to it... 2.-"going on TV to add fuel to the SEC investigation fire" Are you looking for a job as an advisor? 3.-"you think he dumped much stock during the spring?" I really don't know. The share count (authorized, outstanding, float) was followed by some longs throught this process....
