1 gigabyte RDRAM next year, from Samsung:

Hate to nitpick, but, of course, the 1 gigabyte RDRAM is a module, not a single chip. That makes it a RIMM, I guess they've called it so far (vs. a SIMM, or a DIMM). Sounds like it's going to look and function differently from current stuff?

. Including everything from 32- on up to
256-megabyte -and by next year, 1-gigabyte. (By the way, it's a module that
looks just as different as it acts.)
