Wayne, to ignore me is ok but this thread could benefit from information
supplied by you thru your expansion of your statement, as follows.

<<Phil! We have all been had and it's not from the Mongolian
Government either! ... Wayne>>

Feedback from my investigation identified persons who have connections
to personnel of MAC, and these said people do not hold government positions.

So eventhought the legal system in Mongolia is part of the government,
and the MGR/MAC resolution is held hostage in the courts of Mongolia
thru the seperate legal conflict of MAC and a Mongolian bank, you are
correct in saying <<We have all been had and it's not from the Mongolian
Government either! ... Wayne>>, if those you hold responsible in keeping
a resolution to the Bumbat gold mine legal problems between MGR
and MAC are those identified to me.
