Gao; Thanks for that post, there is so much going on about Waco
that one person can't keep up with all of it if they don't get
some pointers. Even then it's too much, but it's good to hear
Medical Examiner Dr. Nizam Peerwani says that recent
developments have caused him to doubt his original autopsies' goals and conclusions.
There was a lot about the original official autopsies that just
didn't make sense.
-----------------------
The ATF/FBI seem to have lost or misplaced a mountain
of evidence. Things that really disturb me is the recorded
phone tap prior to the raid, ( I don't buy the way they say
Mike tipped David off,) ( also they shot Mike in the back as he was
trying to get back home ) I feel like the so called tip off
was not from Mike but from a shill who was announcing that
that they were coming to blow their shit away.
a setup call
Latter on most all the conversations relating
to the death of a 2 yr old on the initial raid,
have been filtered , I have a video showing ATF agent trying
to stay out of camera sight running back to the trucks with
what appears to be a dead child slung over his
shoulder and the little legs floppy behind like some rag doll.
Another ATF agent is trying to stay between and shield him from
the camera.
It's not a good enough camera shot to be conclusive
on it's own, but there are some tapes where David complains
about "you guys killed on of my 2 yr old children "
They cut away and just which child David is talking about I
don't know. That may still come out.
----------
The part of the metal door the ATF said the sect shot through is
also gone, the but the other half was found riddled with holes,
but all going in.
There is just a mountain of evidence they have destroyed or
concealed. WHY ?

Gao:

<<"There is a feeling that one should go back and re-evaluate ... The focus at the time was not whether the FBI was doing the shooting," Peerwani tells the paper.

Peerwani's current focus is on the 23 Davidians who had gun shot wounds.

While his office originally did some ballistics tests -- which were handed over to the FBI never to be seen again despite requests from Texas law enforcement -- Peerwani now wants to know whether bullets went through an "intermediary target, like a wall or door, before striking the people."
>> Bold type added.

I've felt that one of the stranger things about the Waco "investigation" was my never having heard of any ballistics reports. It seemed incredible to me that none were done, so I unfortunately assumed they had, but provided no data of importance...I mean, wouldn't the lawyers suing on behalf of the survivors and families looked into that first thing?

Now that there's some heat being generated, there may be more "Dr. Peerwani's" coming forward...whether from a guilty conscience, or a fear of getting nailed, or maybe just that they've had these questions in their mind that need answering. Whatever the reason, let's hope people start coming out with whatever information/questions they have.
