Coast Guard's Y2K Spot Checks Lead to Ban of 150 Ships

abcnews.go.com.

Check my math. If 7700 foreign vessels enter and leave our ports annually and they stay an average of
10 days each then there is an average of 210 vessels in our waters at any given time. If the Coast Guard
rejected 150 in their two day check that is scary
.
