In addition to those speculative chipsters, you might consider taking a look at the software sector, which seems to be coming alive too. SAP and other ERP companies have surged last couple of days, sector leaders are also moving well (BMCS, for instance). Hard to say if this augers the end of Y2K worries, which have held the sector back. M2
EDIT: Im taking a closer look at EXAP, PVSW, CPWR. I may get back into SAP. Also considering CTXS on a pull back, ORCL & SEBL, ditto.
