Hi Manny, I gathered from other responses that there is a good reason for it. Goes to show you, one is never too old to learn. I highly respect traditions and I hope that I have not offended anyone. Manny, I have followed your input here since you became managerially involved and I like your style. You and the others on the team have definitely become quite the task-force and, as such, I as a shareholder feel better represented. Tom is quite the guy. I have met him and spent enough time with him to begin to get some appreciation for his seemingly limitless thought processes. I like him in that capacity and I wanted him to stay focused on that rather than get trapped in the clutter of doing all the other things that come with the territory. I also want to thank my friends (someday I'll have a chance to meet some of you and I'm looking forward to that!) who have vested in this enterprise and who have spent a great deal of time and effort to pro-mote ECNC,ET&T, and any other spin-off company. Together with your show of hospitality to newcomers on the thread and your patience with the relative degrees of ignorance of novices like myself you form an incredible group of people with whom I am very proud to be associated. Too many names to mention but you know what you have done and are doing and I thank you. Some day when the larval days are behind us and the pussycat begins to look like a bobcat I'd to look at the LONG aspect of this investment without any hype, to evaluate what the earning potential of participation/dividend might like like on a time-scale. I believe that there would be few holders who'd let go of the goose that lays the golden eggs and income production would be quite of interest to them also. Anyway, time to relax and rejuvenate for next week. Again, thanks. Have a great weekend everybody. Jerry.
