My kids got into Pokemon a year ago when the first Pokemon video game came out. And they've got all the cards, although new ones come out all the time. The local game store has Pokemon night every Tuesday, and the kids all come to play the Pokemon card game. The store has tables and chairs for game players, they sell everything from war games to D&D to Pokemon. My kids are regulars. Ben, the older, teaches new kids how to play the Pokemon card game and is "paid" in free hours on the computers with video games. I've watched the show on TV a few times, I like it better than most of the things they've watched, although my favorite thing they watch is still the Simpsons. But their new favorite thing on TV is Dragon Ball Z, whatever that is.
