OT - ok a little more than slightly off topic. Swami's method of cooking rice in the microwave . . . I tried it . . . actually my husband tried it . . . who the hell am I kidding I can't even heat up a burrito without having an explosion! The basmati rice cooked in the microwave turned out great. But what's this talk about the saran wrap with holes poked inside it? Why would you need to do that in a microwave? Maybe that's what you're doing wrong? Don't listen to me . . . I can't cook. Lola:)
