i knew they intended to get 20-25 mil from the 22%.....however if you extrapolated that out it gives a market value of 90-115$mil for the new company!! ..perhaps you should contact PLCO investment banker and ask them that very question.. or contact the company.. and i do think that most people here do hope to get a MORE than adequate return from their investment with all the talk of the 6 to 1 conversion I can only speak for myself.. and not for others.. why don't you tell me how many shares this company will have when they become fully diluted with all their conversions??!! .. quite a few, but if you read through thier filings, you'll see that a great number those conversions will come 1 to 1 1/2 years from now.. it seems you are rather negative on the outlook of this company, which makes me wonder why you have a long position.. given all your negativity.. i think you'd be better severed being short.. or are you already?
