Not to worry..... your ot is some of the best I've read on the subject of investing in a while (textbook stuff is a bit dull and unreal- you have to live it to learn it). On shorting,I've thought now and again, that if I had more time during the day to work it on a "short-term" basis- that I might have a go at it. Mainly because, as you say, there are many more losing situations than real winners. I've had my share too of losing as well. However,the adage remains true that one winner can recoup many, many losses. The first leg of this astn journey has caught me up with all my losses for the past several years. We have a serious step to mount with astn now with proving operational things with Phase I. If we pass thru it, we can fully expect many well known names to be associated with the system. The final step (for me anyway) will come from the tenor of interest generated during Phase II. If the interest and use is there as we hope, many accumulating right now will see big gains in their accounts and they too will cover years of losses as well. Good karma, begets good karma.
