Error correction in previous post #10774. In the next to last sentence of paragraph 3), the word "company" should read "country." The corrected sentence reads: "Some of these could potentially be quite lucrative, particularly if they result in joint ventures that cover installations throughout the indicated country." =+=+=Norm

Norm, while the news release doesn't state where the local jobs would be created, Jim Parker has a different interpretation.

Green Oasis said the deal would create 40 jobs locally at its plant in the Charleston Neck area. Carraway said the company plans to start hiring in the next two months with production beginning by year's end.

The Joint Venture arrangement in the SE could be very beneficial indeed. Not only could it benefit from KPI management, but it sounds like it would include the same KPI technology as rest of KPI's plants throughout the rest of the country.

The reference to "existing customers" is very interesting.

What existing customers?

...the transfer and assignment to Kwikpower of the undivided rights, license, patent and privileges to the Green Oasis technology.....

The consideration to Green Oasis is a combination of cash, notes, common stock, warrants and an equipment deposit. Upon consummation, the impact of the agreement is estimated to have a value of $30 million in Green Oasis' favor, and create a new business plan for Green Oasis. The agreement will also affect the ownership of Green Oasis' primary assets........

What does this mean? B.C. is selling the co.?

It sounds as though B.C. will have a steady flow of income, none of which will increase the corporate value of GRE. It will all be absorbed by salaries and benefits. Hey, a guy's gotta eat.

Price of crued, $23/bbl...............
And still, not one machine up and running or we would here about it.
Any firm orders, yet?

Who's in this Kwikpower Int'l., Bo? Where is Bo? I would like to know if he is connected with this in any way.

I smell crude!
