your comment above interests me very much
i'm definately not advanced, but have been trying to sort out the 'crude' relationships between equities, indicies, index options and futures

the Nasdaq/Amex is my 'comfort zone' so QQQ is significant for me
SPY:QQQ would probably be good to track too
have you looked at QQQ:SPU

by the way is there an url specific to SPU SPZ education?
